Special District Transparency Information
Pursuant to section 32-1-809, Colorado Revised Statutes, this District must provide information to eligible electors of who the current Board members are, election dates for 2025 and the positions to be filled, 2025 tax revenue, and the current District Mill Levy rate for 2025. Invitations to Bid
Berkeley Water and Sanitation District is required to submit public notice in a local newspaper for an invitation to bid on projects that come up in the District. Berkeley Water and Sanitation District places their notice in the Westminster Window for a period of 3 weeks before the final bid is received.
