Board Meetings
Berkeley Water and Sanitation is a Colorado Special District - a subdivision of the State government. Berkeley is governed by a five member Board of Directors.

Normal Meetings:
The Board meets on the second Wednesday of each month. The meetings are held at the District’s business office, 4455 W 58th Avenue, Unit A, at 6:00 pm and open to the public. A copy of this posting is hung in the window next to the District's front door and uploaded to the Public Notices page. The dates for 2026 regular meetings are as follows:

Addressing the Board
Anyone wishing to address the Board on any issue can be placed on the Agenda by notifying the District 48 hours prior to the meeting. Concerns, issues and other matters can also be presented to the Board in writing. All correspondence addressed to the Board of Directors will be presented at the next scheduled Board meeting.
